Availability depends on the model, production date, installed hardware and software version. Your vehicle details need to be checked before any feature can be confirmed.

Can the work be completed remotely?

Some coding and software services can be handled remotely. The service and your vehicle determine what is possible. Any laptop, cable and connection requirements will need to be agreed in advance.

How much will it cost?

See our Services & Prices page for current prices. Where a range is shown, the final price depends on your vehicle and the work required. Send your BMW model and VIN for a quote.

What information should I have ready?

Your BMW model, VIN and a description of the feature or issue are a good start. For iDrive enquiries, a photo of the current menu and software or map version can help. Your VIN helps with a detailed compatibility check.
